 Intumescent fire and smoke seals for fire door assemblies. An intumescent graphite based fire seal contained within a PVC sleeve for fitting into a rebate to either the leaves or the frame of a door.In the event of a fire the seal expands (intumesces) to many times its original volume and seals the gap around the door to provide a safe and effective barrier against the passage of fire, smoke and hot gases. 

Our intumescent glazing tapes are medium-pressure  strip material especially developed to satisfy the demand for a dry glazing system for both door and screen fire resistant applications. It has been specifically developed to achieve reliable fire performance in both BS and EN Standard fire test applications of 30, 60 and 90+ minutes. 

Our low pressure intumescent strip material which has been developed for applications where a pressure forming product is disadvantageous. The degree of expansion is moderate in order to provide some resistance to erosion. 

Our range of Seals and sealants include intumescent silicones, foams, pillows, sleeves, self adhesive wraps & preformed pipe collars.

The intumescent coatings are available in water or solvent based sprayable and brushable forms.

The water based on site applied coating has the ability to achieve up to 120 minutes of fire resistance.

Special intumescent products include socket box inserts, downlighter cones, air transfer grilles letter boxes & door furniture & hardware protection.
