Our range of tools have been used in the factory environment for over 30 years and have built up a reputation for reliability & performance. For those unforeseen moments when a breakage occurs, we have extensive spare parts stocks to enable you to keep downtime to a minimum.
The fastener range recommended for the timber frame industry requires that all fasteners comply with SC2 minimum & SC3 where applicable, all of our fasteners meet or exceed this criteria.
All fasteners for use in fixing Cullen straps, wall ties & Joist hangers are supplied by Cullen providing a complete underwritten system for Cullen connectors. see page 8 of the Technical guide for details
As distributors for Cullen we have a range of straps available for all types of restraint, the main strap is the Stainless steel hold down strap, we have two versions, standard length strap (ST-PFS-50-100) which is suitable for 50-100mm cavities & the mini strap (ST-PFS-50-100M) also suitable for 50-100mm cavities. These straps meet Homebond & NHBC technical requirements.
The Cullen FT wall ties are CE marked & tested in accordance with BS EN 845-1.
These ties can accommodate differential movement up to 24mm.
